Providing consultancy support to 38 national governing bodies to pilot the Equality Standard on behalf of UK Sport, CCPR, four home country sports councils and the national equity agencies.

Advising the FA on their workforce development plan and delivering leadership and strategy training to their county development officer network.

Coaching

Working with the Coaching Scotland Advisory Group to develop a new national framework for coaching in Scotland involving widespread consultation and web base research with over 300 coaches.

Working with Sport England to review the Community Sports Coach Scheme.

• National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children (NSPCC) – Review of its multi million pound National Training Centre and Consultancy Service and preparation of a new five year business plan
• Braunstone Community Association: New Deal for the Community Partnership – Review of its Health Delivery Plan against Neighbourhood Renwal Unit floor targets and production of strategic policy paper as part of its recovery plan.
